Munich, chapitre 3
Munich et ses musées!
Munich, chapitre 2

AMAZING TITLIS
Another week-end, another motorbike tour!
That's right, after the tour I did last week with a friend (watch this post: "a week-end in Como"), this time, I am all alone for this trip!
The idea is to go to the Titlis, a peak located south of Luzern (CH) at the end of a valley, next to Engelberg. Why the Titlis? Because they have the highest suspension bridge in Europe (have a look: http://www.huffingtonpost.com). Yes, can you believe it, 3'000m (10'000ft)!
So I left Geneva around noon and rode in direction of Aigle, then "Les Diablerets", Spiez, Interlaken and stopped in Brienz for a short break (see the first pic with my bike near the lake).
After that, back on the bike direction "Brünigpass", the last pass before arriveing in Sachseln where I sleept. A good place to stay: http://www.engel-sachseln.ch/
Very beautiful town, small and charming, located by the lake Sarnersee. And the sight seeing is amazing too, the houses, the farmer fields and the all those the mountains surrounding the lake and the area.
Next morning, I woke up early and left quickly, because I wanted to avoid the crowd in Engelberg. It took me gondolas to reach the top, but up there.... what a surprise!
The view at top of the Titlis is just incredible, I have never seen anything like this before! In every direction you looked, you are stunned! Such a beautiful place! Then you have to walk through the suspension bridge, whaouuu this is quiet an experience!
I also met a very charming and clever girl up there! It was very pleasant talking with her while walking on top of the world! She is from China but lucky me, she speaks english (and way better than me)! So, she's travelling around some of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and up she was, on top of the Titlis. I wish you had a very good time during your stayed in Europe.
Swiss mountains are full of surprise :-)
But everything as an end and I still have six hours driving across all the mountains before reaching home, so I had to leave!
So, back on the bike for more adventure...
For more information, go to the Titlis website: http://www.titlis.ch
THE TITLIS FROM THE GONDOLA ( you need to take four of them to reach the top!!!)
BACK ON THE ROAD (Sustenpass, Gotardopass and Nufenenpass or Passo del Novena, sounds exotic...)
